The 23rd to 29th October is Surfers Against Sewage Autumn Beach Clean week. In recognition of this, Councillor Jordan Rowse is organising a Beach Clean for Par Beach on Sunday, 29th October, between 10:00am and 12:00 noon. Friends of Par Beach are supporting him in this endeavour.

Look for the blue FoPB Flag on the raised grass area in the corner of the Main Car Park. Here you will be able to register and get your litter pickers, bags and hoops to hold your bag open.

Thanks must go to Cornwall Council who have again agreed to relax parking charges for the period of the Beach Clean. If you want to stay longer you will need to get a ticket.

Bring gloves if you have some and suitable clothing for the prevailing weather.
