Venue: Par Beach Picnic Area, adjacent to Main car park
Time: 20:00 - 22:00 hrs
Friends of Par Beach are delighted that Brian Sheen and his team from the Roseland Observatory will reveal some of the secrets of our night sky to us.
See the Moon rise in total eclipse. With Mars at its closest and best for years together with Saturn with its rings and the biggest planet of all - Jupiter.
Brian will explain how to view these exciting features of our Solar System, and demonstrate some of the equipment that can be used.
Under 16s must be with a responsible adult.
Time: 8.00pm - 10.00pm.
Cost: Free to FoPB Members (bring your membership card), £2 for non-members* (children under 12 free).
Wear: Sensible footwear and clothing according to the weather.
